Founded in 1991, La Source is a French organization supporting the social development and integration of underprivileged children through artistic practise and expression.

Since 1997 La Source organises a yearly charitable auction to raise funds for its activities. In 2017, on the 20th anniversary of the auction, La Source presents “Duos”, an exhibition for which 50 artists and creators set out to interpret the iconic Stool 60 by Alvar Aalto, creating unique pieces that are auctioned on December 11 in Paris.
