Bright lights herald in the New Year as LUX Helsinki showcases light art from January 5–9, 2019. The light festival frames a brilliant range of light art that includes both international favourites and unique commissioned works.

In addition to the specific LUX Helsinki route, the festival asks the people of Helsinki, as well as companies and communities, to get involved.

During LUX our shop window will be ablaze with golden light, thanks to the work of light artist Nanni Vapaavuori. And her installation, which includes sheets of beeswax, emits a delicious smell of honey in the shop.
